Huatulco Vacation Resorts

info@huatulcovacationresorts.com

There is no place on earth like Huatulco. Unlike other resort developments in Mexico, Huatulco is being groomed to become a leading ecotourist destination, the first of its kind in the Western
Hemisphere with an emphasis on preserving the natural environment while providing world class amenities.

Huatulco Vacation Resorts is currently developing two unique properties in the region.

Both Huatulco developments will function as "Hotel Condominiums". A Hotel lobby will be part of both complexes and a rental service will be available to those who desire to rent their condominium when they are not using it. We anticipate rental fees of $125 to $350 per day depending on season.

Why Mexico?

Investing in Mexico

Huatulco is being groomed to become a leading ecotourist destination – the first of its kind in the Western Hemisphere – with an emphasis on preserving the natural environment while providing world-class
amenities.

Huatulco is a national park in Mexico; there is no "city" of Huatulco. There are two small towns associated with the Bays of Huatulco resort area, Santa Cruz and Cruzacita. They are both very clean, good restaurants, and a lot of fun. It is nothing like Cancun or any other big tourist area.

Bahias de Huatulco – or the Bays of Huatulco – is located 150 miles north of Guatamala. This area of the coastline has been designated a major government project with five bays for development while the other four remain as nature preserves. A geographical area with 12,000 foot mountains and miles of virgin sand beaches offer guests a variety of activities, including:
18-hole Golf, Endless Water Sports, Pristine Beaches, Hiking & River Rafting, Tennis, Shopping & Dining, and a Vibrant Night LIfe.
