This fully equipped cottage is only steps from the sand on San Diego's finest beach, Mission Beach.  Just a few minutes from Sea World, the World Famous San Diego Zoo, and La Jolla.  You can enjoy sailing, biking, inline skating, swimming, surfing, fishing, diving, whale watching, and terrific people watching.  Charming beach cottage of writer and educator has it all!   Fully equipped kitchen, 2 TV/VCR, CD/stereo, microwave, BBQ, patio, 2 car garage.   Just steps from the famous boardwalk and sand.  Will sleep 7 with a queen bed, bunk beds (double and single), and double futon/couch.  Located a in very safe, family-friendly neighborhood.  Come and see why San Diego is called "America's Finest City".

The combination of the boardwalk and beach makes for a great walking, biking, skating environment all along the beach.  You can't beat the sunsets.  San Diego has one of the best climates in the world, and the beach weather is the best in San Diego.  Not too hot.   Not too cold.  And it almost never rains between May and November.

Rates
1/1/06 - 5/31/06 : $900/wk or $150/night
6/1/06 - 8/31/06 : $1500 per week
9/1/06 - 5/31/07 : $900/wk or $150/night
One week minimum.  $10.5% city tax added to all prices.
